By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would state that he studied SSLC, Higher Secondary course, Under Graduate degree, Post Graduate Degree as well as B.Ed., courses in Tamil Medium. While applying for direct recruitment to the post of P.G. Assistant for the Academic Year 20132014 and 2014-2015, he left the column relating to medium as blank instead of filling it as Tamil Medium.

3. According to the petitioner, because of non-filling of relevant column, his application has not been considered. In this regard, he submitted a representation dated 11.02.2015 to the respondent and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, he has come forward to file this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.Arul Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

5. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
