2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the dispute and they are living together. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made the following endorsement:

"The petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the dispute and are living together. Hence, the petitioner is withdrawing this petition."

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
