Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to remove all the encroachments in whatever form put up on the southern side of the Annaplar Canal running through Kannanmedu Village, Thalaikkadu, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Tiruvarur District so as to have a free ingress and egress to reach the respective agricultural lands and house of the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition impleading the encroachers and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:
