ORDER

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The miscellaneous petition filed by the review petitioner to condone the delay of 2008 days in representation has been rejected, which is being challenged in the present review application.

2. Uncondonable delay cannot be condoned by the Courts. The reasons stated for condoning such enormous delay was considered and rejected by the writ appeal court. The said grounds cannot be re-adjudicated in a review proceedings. Thus, the petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting interference.

3. Accordingly, the review application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
