ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to make necessary UDR correction for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2026, as referred to supra, on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, 2/5

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2026 seeking for UDR correction in respect of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
