Order This writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 5 to 7, notice to respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court. 3.As seen from the representation dated 23.02.2026, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of a registered document dated 08.09.2025 registered as document No.4032/2025. The registration department does not have any power to cancel the registered documents. The contentions of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition can be proved only by letting in oral and documentary evidence. Therefore, only a Civil Court can adjudicate the contentions of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is not maintainable. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress his grievance to the contentions as raised in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of.
