The petitioners have also enclosed the relevant documents to show the factum of their possession. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petitions have been filed.

representations, the respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondents to dispose of the same either by themselves or through other officers under their jurisdiction.
