(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10953 of 2020, dated 23.07.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly i.e. on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
