Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to impugned order dated 15.04.2021 in Na.Ka.No.2074/2019/A5 passed by the 4th respondent, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to comply with the orders dated 29.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.9246 of 2019 by conducting the enquiries.

2.Regarding the above submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. However, liberty granted to the petitioner to file application before the appropriate civil forum. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
