Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in No.Nil dated 15.03.2018 and quash the same and direction directing the respondents to pay the attendant, monetary benefits and back wages for the period the petitioner was out of service and treat the period from 15.03.2018 to the actual date of reinstate him into service as on duty.
