This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 11.05.2022 with regard to the transfer of patta to the petitioners name. 1/4
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 11.05.2022 with a request for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioners, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 11.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
