This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Crime No.32 of 2024 on the premise that there was a dispute between the defacto complainant family and the petitioner in respect of the common boundary of the property.

In the absence of the petitioner and his family members, the complainant and his henchmen tried to put up iron fencing encroached upon the land of the petitioner and when it was questioned, they attacked the petitioners and his relatives. However, false complaint given against them as if they have caused injury to the complainant. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that six persons were injured in the incident and they were admitted in the Government hospital Mayiladuthurai. Based on the statement given by one of the injured by name Abinesh in the hospital, FIR in Crime No.32 of 2024 has been registered and is under investigation. This petitioner is one of the named accused in the complaint.

before this Court, this Criminal Original Petition to quash stands dismissed.
