For Petitioner : Mr.M.Selvam For Respondents : Mr.N.G.R.Prasad

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner after studying Jewel Appraiser course was engaged as Jewel Appraiser on contract basis by the second respondent on 12.03.2012 and according to him, he performed his job admirably. However, his services were discontinued without assigning any reason and the petitioner in this regard, submitted a representation dated 22.07.2015, praying for his reengagement as jewel appraiser in the services of the second respondent bank and the said representation was posted on 17.08.2014. Since no order has been passed, he has came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents/management.

4. Though the petitioner prays for larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances, permits the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to submit one more representation along with a copy of this order and his earlier representation dated 22.07.2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same, in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
