This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 11.05.2018 given to the first and second respondents by the petitioner within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court .

2. The case of the petitioner is that since the cart track was damaged due to heavy rain and as the petitioner was not able to use the same, on 10.05.2018 at 8.00 A.M., the petitioner and some of his workers started leveling the common cart track and at that time the third respondent prevented the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also threatened him. Hence, the petitioner has given a written complaint to the second respondent on 11.05.2018 and also sent a representation to the first respondent on the same date. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the second respondent received the said representation, no order has been passed till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader who took notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider a the representation of the petitioner dated 11.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
