ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.8(c) by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.6045 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that yet another case has been registered against the petitioner by the respondent police, since he apprehends arrest in that case, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition, hence sought for modification of the said condition. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, per contra submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition even once and hence the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet had issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner on 09.04.2025.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.8(c) by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.6045 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 5.
In view of the same, the execution of Non-Bailable Warrant dated 09.04.2025 issued against the petitioner does not arise. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
