This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.223 of 2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.M.V.Ramachandra Murthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 08.10.2025 in Charge Sheet No.175 of 2025.
