This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.27 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation has been completed and the First Information Report in Crime No. 27 of 2021 has been closed as Mistake of Fact.

4. In such view of the matter, there can not be any direction issued to the respondent police as sought by the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
