The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the entire case diary was handed over by the respondent to the CCB and pursuant to the same, the CCB-II has registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ an FIR in Crime No. 87 of 2021 against the accused person for an offence

2 Cont.P.No.1312 of 2021 under section 420 and 34 of IPC. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is now being conducted and the final report will be filed as expeditiously as possible.
