J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Honourable The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant states that he had given change of vakalat in the year 2007. However, no other counsel had entered appearance.
2. We find from the record that it is a case where the matter was remitted back for re-consideration in terms of the impugned order and no interim order has been granted. Thus, that may be the reason that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
3. The writ appeal is thus dismissed for non-prosecution, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
