Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 07.11.2016 to the respondent and prayed for a direction to the respondent for passing appropriate orders, after hearing the necessary parties. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent will pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

In view of the above submissions and taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer made in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to dispose of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
