ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The husband of Saranya, D/o Devaraj (Date of Birth - 19.07.2006) and presently aged 20 years, has approached this Court seeking the production of the aforesaid detenue. She had gone missing from 18.03.2026 onwards. 2.We had, on the last occasion, directed the police to secure her and she has been secured and has been produced today in Court along with R3, with whom she claims to be in a relationship. The petitioner is also present in Court today.
3. We have spoken to the detenue, who is categoric that she does not wish to go back to the matrimonial home. Since she is a major. we leave it to the petitioner and to the detenue to work out their familial differences amongst to each other before the appropriate forum.
4. For the purposes of this Habeas Corpus Petition, we are of the view
that the detenue is not in illegal detention and has voluntarily gone with R3 intending to marry him.
