Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 08.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1801 of 2021 in Crime No.50 of 2015 pending on the file of the Respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.5 Clause (c) of the order dated 08.02.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1801 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 08.02.2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the I Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, in S.C.No.41 of 2016 , everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to appear before the I Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, till the completion of trial.
