The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable u/s.417, 294[b] IPC r/w 3[1] of SC/ST [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on surrendering before that court, on the same day and dispose of the same in Crime No.12/2015 on the file of the respondent.

4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on merits and pass appropriate orders on the same day of their surrender.
