Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditional order "the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., dated 11.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.3162 of 2020 in Cr.No.198 of 2019.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3162 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.837 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020, "the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m.,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3162 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.837 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
