Prayer in W.P.No.24255 of 2018:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned e-tender notices in BRR.C.No.B1/3812/2018, BRR.C.No.B1/3813/2018 dated 09.08.2018 published in the Greater Chennai Corporation Tender Bulletin issued by the respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent to float independent tenders for the works covered in the said etender notices instead of package tenders. Prayer in W.P.No.24256 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue a Machinery Certificate to the petitioner to submit his tender within the stipulated time in respect of the work viz.

128 Numbers of BT Roads in Div-109 to 126, Unit-24, 25, 26, 27 in Zone - 9 in Package - 4 in Tender Notice Ref.No.BRR.C.No.B1/3812/2018, issued by the respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 and in the case of non-issuance of such certificate, direct the respondent to receive and process the petitioner's tender without insisting Machinery Certificate in respect of the said work.
