CRL RC No. 2393 of 2024 To set aside the judgement of the Learned Principal District and Session Judge, Chengalpattu dated 12.08.2021 in C.A.No.45/2019 by partly allowing the judgement dated 26.03.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in CC No.622/2011.

CRL MP No. 5679 of 2026 To suspend the sentence imposed by Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in CC.No.622 of 2011 dated 26.03.2019 and partly allowed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in C.A.No.45 of 2019 dated 12.08.2021 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.2393 of 2024.

ORDER

Ms.T.A.Preetha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that she do not want to press this modification petition and she wants to withdraw the same. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
