(CRIME NO.1199 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner to report before the investigating officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the investigating officer on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m till completion of investigation and filing final report in Crl.M.P.No.5512 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5702 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5512 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5702 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
