The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 3 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2017 by protecting the petitioner and Dalit Peoples from participating the Car Festival of Ayyanar and Modeyan Samigal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
