Heard Mr. P.Subramanian, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.31 a.m and 12.22 p.m. today. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that as there is no interim order of the impugned order, the Petitioner had joined duty in Kanjikoil pursuant to the impugned order and subsequently, died on 23.11.2020 and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
