C.M.P.No.9288 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.56915 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above appeal before this Court against the judgment and decree dated 08.10.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.422 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal/Subordinate Court, Sankari.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 8 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.56915 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
