2. The real grievance of the Petitioner appears to be that his representations dated 18.06.2013, 25.11.2013 and 27.01.2014 have not been considered and disposed of by the 1st Respondent till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this stage, this Court, without traversing upon the contains of the three representations made, in the interest of Justice, Fair Play, Equity, Good conscience and even as a matter of prudence, directs the 1st respondent to look into the three representations of the petitioner dated 18.06.2013, 25.11.2013 and 27.01.2014 respectively in a Fair, Just, Objective and dispassionate manner and to pass a reasoned, speaking order ascribing necessary reasons in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
