This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6553 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.347 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022 appear the second respondent on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the second respondent police once in a month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
