When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the rejection order came to be passed on 26.09.2018.

2. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to approach the Central Government Authority vide Notification dated 02.05.2008.

3. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
