O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 18.06.2020 and to conduct a survey in the subject property.

2.Mr.A.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner had been taken on file and Page No.1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent has fixed the date of survey on 05.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondents have already started the process of conducting the survey, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the survey and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
