2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the FIR in Cr.No.12 of 2025 dated 06.01.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
