Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General, placed on record, a copy of the interim order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLA(C)No.27778 of 2025, whereby further proceedings have been stayed. He further submitted that, notwithstanding the stay so granted, the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30257 of 2008 has been complied, subject to the outcome of SLA(C)27778 of 2025.
