Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire proceedings of the fourth respondent AUTV/Affil Inspection/987/2009 dated 19.2.2009 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to accept his original date of birth as 9.2.1945 and approve his appointment as Principal of James College of Engineering and Technology, Jamespuram, Navalkadu, Kanniyakumari District. [Prayer amended as per the order of Court dated 14.5.2009 in M.P. No.2 of 2009 in W.P.No.8892 of 2009].
