(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learnred Government Pleader (i/c.), who takes notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondent no.3.
2.The petitioner is seeking directions to the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2018 in relation to removal of encroachment in Survey No.64/2 of Vadamugam Kangiyampalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, which has been put up by respondent nos.4 to
8. The said representation is addressed to the District Collector, Tiruppur District. A copy of the said representation has also been forwarded to respondent nos.2 and 3. 3.The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.3/HR & CE Department, state that the said representation will be disposed of, after giving notice to respondent nos.4 to 8, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded. In view of the statement made by the learned counsels for respondent nos.1 to 3, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
