It is submitted that the petitioner Company is out of liquidation. However, despite the same, necessary entry has not been made by the respondent. Thus, the petitioner made a representation date 29.04.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner, if so required. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
