Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.169/F3/2019-20 dated 29.08.2019 and also the decision of the 34th Governing Body meeting of PIPMATE, held on 16.09.2019 in so far as Item No.IV-1 for the extension of revised pay scales recommended by the 7th Central Pay Commission to the employees of PIPMATE, with effect from 01.01.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.169/F3/2019-20 dated 29.08.2019 and also the decision of the 34th Governing Body meeting of PIPMATE, held on 16.09.2019 in so far as Item No.IV-1 for the extension of revised pay scales recommended by the 7th Central Pay Page No.2 of 4

Commission to the employees of PIPMATE, with effect from 01.01.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the benefits of 7th pay commission has been paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
