This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 06.06.2023, had disposed of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in Tr.CMP.No.468 of 2023, with a direction to Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2023, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, has addressed a letter dated 09.10.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 09.10.2023 sent by the learned Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said E.A.No.4 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in Tr.CMP.No.468 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of two months to the learned Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of the E.A.No.4 of 2023 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
