O R D E R

The petitioner made a complaint alleging that a legal heir certificate has been given wrongly. On the complaint of the petitioner, the District Revenue Officer has conducted an enquiry and by letter dated 17.02.2015, an enquiry notice was issued to the petitioner as well as to two other private persons. The petitioner is said to have given her written submissions on 03.03.2015. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that despite the same, no final order has been passed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the complaint before the District Revenue Officer, who has also issued enquiry notice dated 17.02.2015, pursuant to which the petitioner has also given her written submission, a direction is issued to the said authority to dispose of the same by a speaking order after hearing the parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order.
