on file as C.C.No.66 of 2009 and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is become infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted the above said fact. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infurcutous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
