This petition is filed to amend prayer made in the above Writ Petition in W.P.No.12799 of 2019 as "Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned Charge Memo in Memo in O.Mu.E1890/2018 dated 16.05.2018 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner, based on the petitioner representation dated 25.02.2019"

instead of "Writ of Mandamus", directing the respondents to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner, based on the petitioner representation dated 25.02.2019".

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the amendment application is allowed.
