Crl.M.P.Nos.9350, 9351, 9353, 9354, 9355, 9356, 9357 and 9358 of 2019 and Crl.O.P.Nos.3747, 3748, 3749, 3750, 3751, 3752, 3753 and 3754 of 2014 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J All these petitions have been filed to restore the Criminal Original Petitions which were dismissed by an order dated 13.03.2019.

2. It is seen from the records that, the proceedings is of the year 2013 and the petitions were filed before this Court in 2014 and the petitions were not even admitted by this Court and it was kept pending till 2019. As a result of the same, the proceedings before the Court below is pending for the last six years without any progress.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. It is left open to the petitioner in all petitions to urge all the points before the Court below and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. All these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of with the direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham to dispose all the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 15.07.2019 http://www.judis.nic.in ssr
