This Petition is filed seeking to order revocation of Vakalath, which was given to the Counsel for the Petitioners, viz. M/s.V.Vijay Shankar, N.Balamuralikrishnan, S.Mahesh and Saravanan, Advocates, having Office at No.67, Addl. Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai 600 104 to appear for the Petitioner's case in W.P.No.11590 of and consequently permit the Petitioners to withdraw the above Writ Petition through their new Counsel.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by Mr.S.Ambigapathi, learned counsel, who is appearing on change of Vakalath for the Petitioner that Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel, who had earlier appeared for the Petitioner, has no objection for revocation of Vakalath.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
