This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 20.06.2016 under Section 420 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 20.06.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent Police is directed to enquire into the complaint, by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law.
