This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to take substituted service to the respondents 8, 9, 15 and 19 by way of publication in one of the Tamil Daily News Paper circulated in and around Thiruvannamalai District area.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the respondents 8, 9, 15 and 19 by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 25.04.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 21.04.2025 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.
