Respondent(s) PRAYER: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders accepting the resignation of the petitioner from the

post of Senior Resident and to relieve the petitioner from service based on the representation dated 01.03.2025, by settling the service benefits including arrears of annual increments, CPS contribution etc., within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to accept the resignation letter of the petitioner from the post of Senior Resident and to relieve the petitioner from service. Petitioner had given a representation on 01.03.2025. 2.A direction is given to the respondents to examine the service register of the petitioner and further examine the letter dated 01.03.2025, by which letter, the petitioner seeks to resign from his post and a decision may be taken by the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
