O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1860 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner had wordy quarrel, during which, the petitioner along with other accused have assaulted the defacto complainant and other two victim with knife and wooden logs and caused injuries on the head and face.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner due to previous enmity along with other two accused have assaulted the defacto complainant and two others with knife and wooden logs, resulting in them sustaining injuries. He would further submit that the petitioner has got five previous cases against him, one case is registered for the offences u/s.302 IPC, three cases are registered for the offences u/s.307 IPC and another one case is registered for the offence u/s.323 IPC. He would further submit that the earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2020.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, his anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court very recently on 18.08.2020, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
